All rice products are sold subject to stock availability.

3. Ordering

When you place an order through our website:

• Orders are subject to confirmation by our team.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.

4. Payment

We accept payments through:

• Xendit-supported payment methods
• GCash
• Maya
• Bank Transfer
• Other available payment options displayed during checkout

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified, unless Cash on Delivery is offered and selected.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Zamboanga City and selected service areas.

Free Delivery: Free delivery applies to eligible areas within City Proper only.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees for areas outside City Proper vary depending on location and distance. Customers may use our Delivery Area Checker or contact us directly to verify applicable delivery charges. Delivery fees may be collected separately upon delivery when applicable.

6. Delivery Schedule

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic situations, vehicle issues, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Al-Aruz Rice Retailing shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Being available to receive the order
• Ensuring that contact numbers provided are active and reachable

Failure to receive the order due to incorrect information may result in delivery delays or cancellation.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. For cancellation inquiries, please contact us immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Al-Aruz Rice Retailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
